ALL donation drop-offs and purchase pickups are by appointment only. By staggering drop-off and pickup times, this ensures we are all following physical distancing and capacity protocols.
PICK-UP
Due to COVID-19, we are working limited hours and packages will be ready on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays between 10-3pm for pick up.
As soon as your items are ready we will call you and set up a day and time so you can come and pick up your items at our front door.
DROP-OFF
For drop-offs please email donations@auntleahs.org with attached photographs of the desired donations you wish to give.Once a donation drop-off and/or pickup date and time have been set, we will abide by the following procedure:
- Upon arrival at our back entrance (as we have bay doors for accepting furniture or larger donations with lots of space for social distancing) call 604-230-0941 and someone will meet you.
- Please come equipped with a mask to ensure the safety of yourself and our staff/participants.
- Please remain at a 6ft (2m) distance.
- Be prepared to answer our Covid-19 questionnaire.
- Please fill out our visitor sign-in sheet for tracking and safety purposes.
- Please try to sanitize/wipe down furniture and launder clothing items before donating for extra health and safety during this time.
